Refund policy
Thank you so much for your interest in my work! Please note that all work is handcrafted by me in my studio therefore orders may not be shipped until 2-7 days after order placement depending on the item, though most of the time they are shipped the next business day.
If you purchase a piece and decide you are not satisfied for some reason, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at lindsay@lindsay-designs.net. Once we have agreed on a resolution, you'll be able to either return for a refund or return with an exchange.
Return for Refund
- Returned pieces need to be shipped back to me within 3 days after we discussed the return. When we talk, I will give you details on how and where to return. I do not accept COD packages.
- Any returns for a refund, the piece(s) must be returned in their unworn, not damaged, original condition state.
- Refund amount, minus original shipping cost, will be refunded to the card on which your purchase was made. No cash refunds will be issued.
- Shipping costs are NON Refundable.
Note: You will be responsible for all shipping cost for returned items. I highly recommend shipping insured with a tracking number, as unfortunately I will not cover cost of the returned value if the package was lost in the mail.
- Refunds will be issued as soon as I receive the piece in my hands.
- Once your return is received and checked, I will send you an email to let you know that I have received your returned package. If the piece(s) all look good, your refund will be processed the same day, and the credit will be applied to the credit card you used to make the purchase and you can check with your credit card company to determine when it will show up on your statement.
- If the jewelry was a gift, the refund will still go to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Return for Exchange
- Exchanges will be made based on terms we agreed upon.
- Exchanges need to be shipped back to me within 3 days after we discussed the exchange. When we talk, I will give you details on how and where to return. I do not accept COD packages.
- Any returns for exchange: the piece(s) must be returned in their unworn, not damaged, original condition state to be accepted by me for an exchange.
- Exchanged items: Depending on the reason for exchange, may incur additional shipping cost to ship the new item back to you.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
