Shipping policy

Please note that all work is handcrafted by me in my studio therefore orders may not be shipped until 2-7 days after order placement depending on the item, though most of the time they are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you need a piece by a certain date in a short period of time please email me at lindsay@lindsay-designs.net or call/text me at 512-350-5469 to determine actual estimated time of arrival.

At this time I am only shipping to addresses within the U.S.; though I hope to add additional countries in the future. If you are interested in purchasing an item and don't live within the US, please reach out to me and we may be able to find an alternative method to complete your order!

    US Orders:

    • For the most part, I ship USPS First Class Mail in a small bubble mailer for $5.50

    USPS Stated Transit Times are as follows (please allow an additional 2-7 days to create/process your order, as stated above):

    USPS First Class Shipping: 3-7 Business days for $5.50
    USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Business days for $9.50
    UPS 2nd Day Air: 1-2 Business days for $12.00

    • If you want anything shipped UPS or FED Ex, contact me for exact shipping price.
    • Most of my work is made after an order has been placed, please allow 3-7 days for creation. Some items are in stock and go out the same day.  If you have a deadline let me know and I'll let you know if I can meet it!

    Misplaced or lost items:

    Please note that once I ship the package off, the USPS has control of it. It is their responsibility to deliver it to you and also to help you track it if it’s misplaced or lost.

    I don’t typically have issues with USPS deliveries and I’d like to keep it that way !

    • Please, please double check your mailing address when you are completing your order at checkout to ensure that it gets to you directly!
    • I'm an independent artisan shop, so please understand that it will be your responsibility to pay any additional shop charges if it goes to the wrong place!

    ~ Gift Boxes ~ no extra charge

    I package all items from your order in individual gift boxes with a silver stretch bow. If you prefer to combine items and receive fewer gift boxes, please let me know!
